  • What is your cancellation policy?
    We kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or reschedules. I understand things happen, and ask that you communicate with me as early as possible so I can free that spot up for someone else.
  • What if I’m not happy with my hair?
    Client satisfaction is everything to us. If something’s not right, please contact us within 7 days of your appointment—we’ll do our best to make it perfect.
  • Do you offer consultations?
    Yes—consultations are available for new clients or those considering a major change.
  • What services do you offer?
    I specialize in precision haircuts, color services (including highlights, balayage, and root touch-ups), keratin smoothing treatments, blowouts, and special occasion styling.   • Do you offer services for special events or weddings?
    Yes! We provide on-site and in-salon styling and makeup for weddings and special occasions.
  • How do I book an appointment?

  • Where are you located?
    Im in Mio Salon in the Adriatic shopping center off of Virginia Pkwy in Mckinney TX 210 Adriatic Pkwy Suite 102, McKinney, TX 75072
  • Where can I find information about pricing / portfolio?
    Clicking the pink button (Pricing) on my home page will lead you to my portfolio and pricing page. From there you can click the Services tab and see my pricing and Services. You can also access it here https://glambykelly.glossgenius.com/services
  • Should I wash my hair before my appointment?
    For haircuts, clean dry hair is best. For color services, it’s okay if your hair hasn’t been washed for a day or two—natural oils help protect your scalp.
